Founded in the early 1990s from the winning idea of its founder, Giovanni Rusconi, already the owner of a family business producing wire mesh, Retissima was born from his timely and forward‑thinking reading of a changing market. Those were the years when the “turnkey” service model emerged; construction was increasingly oriented towards problem‑solving and all‑round specialists. After carefully analysing demand and the market, Retissima Srl was established in 1993.

In 2017, siblings Andrea and Francesca took the helm of the company which, in 2021, was acquired in full by Andrea, who is now the Sole Director. Building on the values handed down by the previous management, he has expanded into international markets, significantly increased the client portfolio and further raised operating standards. His care for employees, clients and the quality of materials is second to none. The company currently has a workforce of nearly 40 employees, a strong team united by shared values and continual growth.

The sourcing and selection of raw, semi‑finished and finished materials is an everyday commitment. Retissima Srl is structured across every function: from sales to marketing, from administration to accounting, from logistics to production. It is all governed by an
organisational framework that oversees all workflows in the office and on site, with the ultimate aim of delivering fencing installed to the highest professional standards and satisfying customers who are then enthusiastic to recommend the company.
