Description

To UNI EN 13200-3 standard

Fencing made of galvanised and plastic-coated chain-link mesh, with support posts and fixing systems.

Single-twist chain-link mesh with diamond-shaped openings, made from hot-dip galvanised iron wire in accordance with standard UNI EN 10244-2, and subsequently plastic coated through an extrusion process. The mesh size is 50×50 mm, while the thickness is 3.00/4.20 mm. On request, it can be produced in a galvanised-only version, or plastic coated in other RAL colours. Available in the two heights specified by the standard (see technical data sheet).

Posts with a diameter of 114 mm and a thickness of 3 mm. The steel is sandblasted and chemically cleaned before being powder-coated with thermosetting polyester paint. On request, they can be supplied hot-dip galvanised or painted in other RAL colours. Available in the two heights specified by the standard (see technical data sheet).
Tension wire made of stranded steel, 3.5 mm thick. Binding wire made of annealed galvanised and plastic-coated steel, with a finished thickness of 1.5 mm. Galvanised steel tensioners complete with clamp, metal wire guide, and self-drilling screws.
Supply and installation of fencing compliant with UNI EN 13200-3, consisting of chain-link mesh with a wire thickness of 3.00/4.20 mm and a height of 2200 or 2500 mm, depending on requirements. The posts, with a tubular profile of diameter 114 mm and thickness 3 mm, are set into a reinforced concrete wall or into independent concrete plinths sized by an engineer following geological inspection, with a spacing of 2000 mm. The mesh is then installed using 3.5 mm diameter steel cables and metal wire guides with self-drilling screws. It is tensioned using arched tensioners and clamps, and finally secured to the cables with metal clips and to the posts with anti-cut ties.
