MESH ROLLS

ALIGNMENT

Alignment lines are set out based on stakes and boundaries specified by the client,
ensuring the fence is installed in a perfectly straight line.

HOLE PREPARATION

Following the previously marked alignment, holes of suitable dimensions are made on any surface, guaranteeing perfect stability for the plinth.

POST INSTALLATION

Posts are installed inside the holes in perfect alignment; a line is then stretched to check alignment both lengthways and heightwise.
At the same time, concrete is poured to allow the newly installed posts to be levelled.

WIRE TENSIONING + MESH

Straining bolts are positioned and tension wires are stretched using appropriate strainers. The mesh is laid out on the ground, lifted and attached to the upper tension wire, then tensioned using a special winch and, while maintaining tension, tied to the posts and wires.

For each hole, the corresponding post with panel already attached is immediately installed; the entire fence section is then erected.

PROPPING AND CONCRETE POURING

A line is stretched to check the alignment of the fence both lengthways and heightwise, and posts and panels are levelled using props and/or timber supports. Once final alignment is achieved, concrete is poured.

BASEPLATES AND FIXINGS

ALIGNMENT

INSTALLATION

Following the alignment line, posts with baseplates and panels are installed in sequence using special self-tapping fixings into the wall.
This operation reduces installation time by 50% whilst still guaranteeing maximum effectiveness and longevity.
